Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of RAMA DIGITAL ELECTRONIC LAB (RAMA DEL), including our website, software development, AMC/CMC, and hardware repair services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Service Delivery & Timelines

We strive to deliver all projects and repair services within the estimated timeframe. However:

  • Timelines for IT infrastructure setup, web, mobile, and software development are estimates.
  • Delays caused by third-party vendors (e.g., domain registrars, hardware suppliers) are beyond our control.
  • Changes in project scope after the initial agreement may result in additional charges and extended deadlines.

3. AMC / CMC Agreements

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC) are bound by specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) signed at the time of contract initiation. Any hardware replacement not covered under a non-comprehensive AMC will be billed separately at market rates.

4. Payment Terms & Refunds

Payment terms will be explicitly agreed upon per project. Generally:

  • An advance deposit is required before commencement of custom development or hardware procurement.
  • Advance deposits for custom development are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Final delivery/deployment of software or hardware will occur only after full and final settlement of dues.

5. Limitation of Liability

RAMA DEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or hardware failure.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh (Varanasi / Lucknow).
